Two Queens is an artist-run gallery and studios situated in Leicester’s Cultural Quarter. We run a programme of regularly changing contemporary art exhibitions, which include painting, sculpture, photography, film and sound.

Set up in 2011 by local graduates, we are housed in a previous manufacturing building and are an exciting unique space within the city.

We offer 60 minute gallery and studio tours, providing a unique ‘behind the scenes’ insight from creative professionals such as curators, and including time for critical reflection and discussion.

We can also deliver more hands on workshops that include practical activities to explore the themes and disciplines in the exhibitions in a creative and stimulating way. We are open to devising and delivering group visits that are related to your school priorities, supporting cross-curricular learning and developing communication skills, confidence and critical thinking.
