Art PopUp is a Stamford based organisation that creates inspiring, thought provoking opportunities for creative discovery, participation & enrichment and which aims to reach out to everyone across the community. Art PopUp is led by Sam Rodham who says the team describe themselves as ‘cultural engineers & community builders’.

Art Pop-Up normally runs short courses, workshops, after school clubs, etc., in a broad range of techniques and mediums throughout the year at its studio in Stamford, but during 2020 has developed a series of new initiatives, such as the Doorstep Festival where activities were literally taken to people’s front doors! Children’s activities are frequently taught from open ended provocations to inspire, stimulating curiosity and exploration so that students are able to discover and unpack their creativity.
The organistion is currently in collaboration with MindSpace Stamford to use art to investigate personal health & wellbeing with schools across the town.
