Black History Month takes place every October but many organisations, including the BBC, have teaching resources exploring black history, heritage, culture and achievements that can be used all year round.
On the link there is content suitable for use with both primary and secondary school pupils and each resource is accompanied by teacher notes to aid classroom use.
